Terms and Conditions


Patients are required to provide name, surname, contact details and date of birth in order to secure an appointment.

Clients will complete registration and medical history forms at their first appointment in order to effectively plan treatment.

All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permission.


Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A £50 non-refundable deposit will be charged to secure future appointments should you fail to do this.

During busy periods we may take a nominal booking deposit of £50 redeemable towards any treatments.

Please note that treatments may be contraindicated if you are unwell.

One routine review appointment is offered after each treatment with botulinum toxin as a courtesy. Any further reviews will incur an additional charge. The review and top up procedure, if required, must be completed within 2 to 3 weeks – thereafter full charges apply. If you are unable to attend the courtesy review appointment at 2 to 3 weeks, no additional ‘top up’ is provided.


All patients will be required to sign an informed consent form prior to any treatment. You will have the opportunity to discuss any potential adverse effects at consultation prior to treatment.

Questions are encouraged and you should only sign the informed consent form once you are fully satisfied that all your questions have been answered. Consent may be verbally withdrawn at any time.

Safe treatment conditions

Your treating doctor reserves the right to refuse treatment if conditions are not deemed to be safe. This could include the presence of children who are not old enough to be left unsupervised in the clinic.


You will be advised of the full costs of any proposed treatment plan before any treatment is undertaken.

Payment is taken in full at the time of consultation and treatment.

The clinic accepts cash, or major debit and credit cards.

As products are ordered in advance, a discretionary deposit may be taken prior to treatment.


Whilst we always undertake to provide safe, ethical and expert service, results cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.


Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. This will be used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally or via email.


If you have a complaint please inform us as soon as possible so that it can be dealt with appropriately.
